I have discovered that we can look at our lives as the journey of learning our gifts and how to share them. Artists, musicians, chefs, athletes, writers, teachers, scientists, etc., are beautiful examples of ways to share your innate talents. The more we focus our energies there – the better we feel. As we evolve, unfold, and transform, so do our skills and our ability to tune in and share them. The best way, I believe to begin that journey is to ask quality questions like: “what is my purpose? Trust Yourself

Trust your positive internal guidance. It is there for your growth and development and shows up in many ways, sometimes through sensations in your body, feelings, unexpected visits from nature, an intuitive voice, deep knowing, etc. Pay attention to how your intuition has guided you toward positive experiences and manifestations; this is how you know what direction to take. 

Right now, you hold all that is needed to begin activating and living in alignment with your purpose, and it starts with listening deeply to your positive wisdom and engaging with your passions; this leads you on the journey of being involved in a life you love. Pause and Breathe ~ Landing Gently

Starting the process (Meditation)

Pause and become present in your presence. Please take a deep breath, breathe in gratitude, and allow it to permeate every cell of your being. As you release your breath, breathe out any negative emotions or thoughts you have been holding that no longer serve you. With your next breath, breathe in light and love; as you exhale, breathe out anger, confusion, and darkness. As you are doing this, become aware of your breath, your body, your mind, and your emotions. 

The Chasm of Pause

The chasm of pause before one takes back their power can feel deep, broad, and never-ending. Yet – the moment it happens, peace prevails, and that who you unquestionably are shines through your being. Honor yourself and others with compassionate communication. We are all a work in progress, and the more we practice, the more we evolve together in this arena. 

How to take back your power from unhealthy situations

1. Notice and be aware of how the experience affects your body?

Do you feel uneasy sensations in your gut, heart, or legs? If yes, your intuition – your “gut feeling” is speaking to you. Trust it. Look within and ask what it is telling you. Listen to the answers you receive and breathe. You listened deeply, you heard the information, and now the choice is yours. 

2. Be willing to be uncomfortable in the choices that are good for you and are transforming your current situation into a more positive one. This is where you rediscover your power. 

Follow through on what you know to be true for yourself to create peace. The willingness to do so will generate remarkable events for you and those around you. 

3. Have clear and compassionate conversations with yourself and those you need to establish new and healthy relationships.

In your conversations, Begin with being a good listener and with personal accountability. Look to empathize, to understand more fully different perspectives and experiences. This validation for others will create more grace when it is your time to express yourself. If that time is not reciprocated for you – you have your answers. 

Take responsibility for your past actions, mistakes, and choices. ***Let me be clear; you are not responsible for others’ unhealthy and hurtful choices toward you – at all – ever.*** However, forgiveness is a Power-tool, so Forgive yourself and others for past mistakes and create more space in your soul for peace, love, and deeper connections with yourself and others. You are with it, I promise.

Worthiness

As you learn to listen to and follow your positive inner wisdom more fully, your self-worth blossoms in new ways and clear boundaries become essential in your self-care rhythm.

Your journey is about fully understanding your worthiness, your inner source, and connecting that source with your inner knowing and new ways of thinking and being.  To support this journey, I want to share how important it is to recondition and work on your mind and emotions to connect them in powerful and positive ways.

The Dalai Lama said, “The ultimate creator is the human mind,” and you must pay special attention to your internal thoughts, your energy, your heart, inner wisdom, and your voice. Allowing yourself to be guided by your source, the heart, instead of your rational mind is a critical way to access your inner core. 

Michael Bernard Beckwith teaches us that our thoughts are mental energy and Terry Tillman acknowledges that energy follows thought, so with that knowledge, and as seekers of our Gifts we need to be aware of these lessons and allow our minds to relax and our hearts to lead the way. 

Every choice we make creates an energetic vibration that flows into the Infinity Feedback Loop. This constant flow of energy is always in motion, never stagnant. 

What we must do has become aware of our thoughts and thought processes because “there are no neutral thoughts” (Williamson”).  Becoming deliberate and purposeful with our thoughts and actions creates awareness of our presence and the present.

When You Have Clear Intentions

InterAction:

The Law of InterAction must be applied for us to manifest things on earth. Therefore, we must engage in actions that support our thoughts, dreams, and emotions and choose our intentions and words wisely.

There can be no meaningful action without the corresponding laws of intention and attention in play. When you have clear intentions, you can transmute negative energy into decisive positive activities that build a foundation of self-esteem and trust in your self-expression and leadership. Any action is better than no action because even a mistake will guide you; if you are aware and actively involved in the direction of your Gifts and Passions, then the fulfillment of your purpose is clear.

The Law of Action is about precisely what it states “ACTION.”

You can think and read all you want, but if you don’t get out there and begin to put Action into your desires, they won’t be realized. Your brain is a large muscle, and the more you use it toward a specific goal, the stronger it becomes, and thus, the more possibility you create to have it attract what you want. ACTION is a vital aspect of attaining what you want. Be clear with your intention and where you focus your attention. 💛

Create Your Positive Affirmation for Daily Use. 

As you Create your positive affirmation for daily use. Know that you can change, adjust and pivot it as needed. 

In this process, it is necessary to discern how universal laws impact us, and if we understand them more fully, we can choose more wisely because we are aware of their presence in our lives and how they operate.

For this practice, let’s look at The Law of Polarity. It shows us that everything has an opposite. We have all heard those old sayings: “what goes up must come down, as above so below, as within so without—equal reactions. 

What often happens when we engage in these (transformative practices that improve our lives) is that a positive intent will naturally bring up an “opposite” thought as a point of contrast.  Physics teaches us that: ‘For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.’ This energy is also true regarding some of the ways a human mind works. Therefore, when you begin using positive affirmations – making positive statements and setting positive intentions – do not be surprised to find that negative thoughts may form in your mind as well. In other words, it is not uncommon that when you focus on something positive, your mind may go to a “counter” or opposite thought just as a matter of course. This awareness is natural and can even be helpful, for “contrast” is a part of understanding how we operate and gives us insight into ourselves and the importance of equilibrium.

Simply BE AWARE of why this happens and acknowledge the PURPOSE OF CONTRAST in your life; light and dark are all part of our process and journey. For example, when you work out, you feel weak at first. When you save for something special, you may feel broke for a time; Always keep COMING BACK to following the positive affirmations and intentions you set for yourself. Your attention to this is how you build your belief in your abilities at new levels. 

Here are some examples to use as you become inspired to create your own.

I am the oasis of health, happiness, beauty, joy, and abundance.

“I am available to more good than I’ve ever imagined coming forward in my life.”

“I can do this.”

“I am a co-creator of positive energy.”

“I am unique; no one else can give rise to my vision.”

“The Universe creates through me; I am an instrument of evolution.”

Now that you have created a personal affirmation, your next step is to say it every morning upon waking. I like to say mine in the shower because that is where I am guaranteed to focus on self-care. Wherever works for you is the perfect timing.  The more comfortable you become with it, the more possibility it holds for you and the more it becomes you. Speak it out loud; this is an important piece to note; you must take action. Imagination is a beautiful thing, and “creativity is what you do with imagination” (Sir Ken). It is vital that you speak your desires out loud, that you put into action ideas that are emerging and awakening in you. It is in these actions that your desired life begins to unfold.
