Shajen Joy Aziz, M.Ed.
Shajen Joy Aziz M.Ed. is Author and Co-Creator of the international bestselling book and film Discover the Gift, which has been released in 22 countries worldwide, as well as author of the up- coming book Andrew Sparkle. A powerful and compassionate voice in the transformational leadership community, Shajen has shared the stage with other Transformational Leaders such as Jack Canfield, Michael Bernard Beckwith, Ricki BB, Dr. Barbara De Angelis, Janet and Chris Attwood, David Avocado Wolfe, and many more.
Shajen is an acclaimed speaker and educator with an extensive web presence and a devoted fan base. Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, CNN, Spirit and Destiny Magazine, Examiner.com, Spiritual Networks, Life Connection and Vision Magazine, among many others. She is a founding member of the Southern California Association of Transformational Leaders and the Women’s Speakers Association and last year was awarded Woman of the Year for 2011/2012 from the National Association of Professional Women for dedication and excellence in her field.
Shajen is thrilled to announce her role as President of Transformational Inc. a new company focused on Shajen’s primary philosophy: creating abundance on all levels, for ourselves, our children and those around us; one person, one family, one community at a time. All the while, honoring and caring for our mother earth.
Shajen’s work focuses on emotions and systems and their impact on an individuals’ ability to thrive personally, professionally, psychologically, and spiritually. She owes her deep understanding of people and how to improve systems to her twenty years of combined experience as a School Administrator, Counselor, Program Creator/Director, and as a licensed Special Educator. Shajen holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Norwich University and is currently working on a 2nd Master’s Degree in Psychology. She is most passionate about children and young adults, as they are our future. Her motto is “Learning for Life – Empowering the Future Now”.
She brings her years of expertise in education, mental health and human relations to the global movement that is Discover The Gift, and is thrilled to be an active force in creating a better world for our children and ourselves.
