Say yes to stepping through your fear. You see, we have been taught to stand and face fear, as if it is something we must conquer by force. Yet what often happens when we stand and face it is that we become frozen in it. We stop. We wait. We hold ourselves right at the edge of the very life we are meant to live. What if, instead, we shifted the way we relate to fear? What if we allowed ourselves to see it, to acknowledge it, and then gently, consciously, step through it?There is a deep wisdom in this concept. You can feel it echoed in the idea of leaning in, and in teachings that remind us not to resist what is present, but to move with it. To lean in is not to fight. It is to allow. It is to trust that movement itself creates transformation. And that is where your power lives. It lives in the power of not waiting until everything feels certain. Rather, it is in your willingness to take one step forward, even while fear is present. It is the other side of fear where your courage lives. That is where growth begins. That is where you move beyond your comfort zone, beyond the familiar circle of everything you have known yourself to be. So often, we believe we need everything in place before we begin. We tell ourselves we will step forward when we feel ready, when it is clear, when it is safe, when things are perfect. Yet life does not work that way. Alignment does not come before action. Alignment comes through action, and the word “transform” is a verb.  When you step, you begin to enter into flow. And flow is not something you wait for. It is something you activate. It is energy in motion, life moving through you, responding to your willingness to engage. The moment you step, you open yourself to something greater than fear. You open yourself to possibility, to expansion, to a deeper connectedness with life itself. So, step through the fear. Honor what you know to be true. Trust the movement within you. And allow yourself to live a life you love. Discover the gift. It is why we are here. ♡♡ Shajen Joy
